We provide appropriate disclosures within the application when a feature requires your content to be processed by a third-party AI service.

Image Analysis

You may submit an image for AI-powered analysis, description, interpretation, or other image-related assistance. The selected image and your instructions may be processed by the applicable AI service provider when third-party processing is required.

Math Export

You may submit mathematical content, including mathematical problems, formulas, equations, or images containing mathematical information. The submitted content may be processed to recognize, understand, format, or convert mathematical information into an exportable format.

AI Voice

You may provide text or voice-related content to use AI voice features. Depending on the feature, text, audio, voice input, or related information may be processed by the applicable AI service provider to generate or process the requested voice output.

PDF Summary

You may select and submit a PDF or document for summarization or AI-assisted processing. The selected document, including the text or other content contained within it, may be processed by the applicable AI service provider when third-party processing is required.

Text Recognition

You may select or capture an image containing text. The image and recognized text may be processed to provide text recognition, extraction, conversion, or related functionality.

Other AI Features

We may introduce additional AI-powered features from time to time. When a feature requires user content to be processed by a third-party AI provider, the application may provide an appropriate disclosure before the content is transmitted.

To provide certain AI features, content submitted by you may be processed by third-party AI service providers. Depending on the AI model, feature, or service selected by you, these providers may include:

We only send content necessary to provide the requested feature, subject to the technical implementation of the feature.

5. AI Data Sharing Notice and User Consent

Some features require your content to be sent to a third-party AI provider. Before applicable user content is transmitted, the application may display an AI Data Sharing Notice explaining:

Where consent is required, the application will ask for your permission before sending the applicable content.

You may select "Agree & Continue" to allow the applicable content to be shared with the selected AI provider for the requested feature. You may also select "Decline."

If you decline, you may continue to use and explore other parts of the application. However, features that require third-party AI processing will not send your applicable content to the AI provider unless the required permission is provided.

If you later attempt to use a feature that requires third-party AI processing, the application may display the AI Data Sharing Notice again and request your permission before processing the request.

You can choose whether to use features that require your content to be processed by a third-party AI provider. You may decline the AI Data Sharing Notice and continue using other available functionality.

If you decline consent, we will not send the applicable user-submitted content to the third-party AI provider for that request. If you later choose to use an AI feature that requires third-party processing, you may be asked to provide consent before the request is processed.

10. Data Retention

Our application does not require users to create an account or log in to use its features. We do not maintain a user account or personal profile containing your AI chats, images, or other user-generated content on our own servers.

User-generated content such as saved images, chat history, conversations, and other locally stored application content is generally stored on your device so that you can access it within the application.

When you delete the application from your device, the locally stored application data, including saved images, chat history, and conversations, may also be deleted from the device.

Content submitted to a third-party AI provider may need to be temporarily transmitted and processed by that provider to complete your requested AI feature. The processing and retention of such content by the third-party provider are subject to that provider's applicable privacy policy, terms, and data-retention practices.

We do not retain your AI chats, images, or other user-generated content on our own servers after processing unless specifically required for a particular feature or service and disclosed to you.

Because the application does not provide a user account or login service, deleting the application from your device removes the locally stored application data associated with the application.

11. Usage and Technical Data

We may collect limited technical and usage information related to your use of the application, such as:

App interactions and usage information

Users are responsible for the content they choose to submit through AI features.

14. AI-Generated Content and Safety Policy

Our application provides AI-powered tools for generating and processing content. AI-generated results may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for a particular purpose. Users should independently review AI-generated content before relying on it.

Users must not use the application to generate, process, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content. NSFW, sexually explicit, or objectionable content is prohibited.

Users must not use the application for fraud, abuse, illegal activities, or other misuse. Users must comply with applicable laws and our Terms of Use. We may restrict or suspend access to users who violate our Terms of Use or applicable laws.
